After FNAC 3 i was sort of baffled on why the actors that possess RAT and CAT would want to kill the player, i mean, considering that the RAT’s actor was drunk, it would make sense for him to do dangerous things, but, the CAT’s actor was pretty stable, i get that they’re both angry after dying, but in life they were both nice people (despite the RAT’s actor having to be quite unstable on the job) and played hide and seek. Also, i actually have a small theory, after finishing Night 6, the RAT & CAT came to their senses and spared Marlyn, it’s assumed that Mary told her daughter about the RAT and CAT and how the actors she played hide and seek with are in the animatronics, and about the puppeteer himself, so, Marlyn could have at least talked to them about why they are the way they are, and when it’s said and done, they set her free and set the factory ablaze to end the torment, either them, or Marlyn accidentally set the factory on fire upon leaving. In any case though, despite how creepy the suits are, the actors themselves were decent people, despite one of them having one too many drinks.

Probably when they died it messed with them and they started to get more aggressive, candy and Cindy were happy little twins, when they were killed by Rat they became aggressive, also because they might not trust others, candy and Cindy were lured to the factory to be kidnapped, the actors were betrayed by their best friend.

Some serious "I can fix him" vibes there. I assure you that the Rat's actor is not a decent guy as he's been hitting really low. He's full of himself, drunk or not. He's not gonna let that shit slide so he'd just kill Marylin in cold blood to the point that it looks like a bear attack.

@@mabuhayimplottingyourdemis423 wasn’t exactly saying it’s canon, it was an assumption that i drew out for too long, maybe the actor who played the Rat wasn’t as good as many of the children assumed, i get that it sounded like I’m sympathizing with a drunk, but, better that than a two timed killer that kicked off everything in the FNAC story. The Rat’s actor didn’t start hurting other people physically until he possessed the animatronic with the costume’s likeness.
