Every single one of the verses in this song is genuinely something that you, and more accurately the protagonist experience during the game. "Cause I've been staring at my death so many times," "I wish I could just block the doors and stay in bed until the clock will chime," "I got this headache and my life's on the line," "I felt like I won, but I was not done," "The nightmare repeats itself every time," "Got to keep my calm, and carry on," etc. Perfectly describes how the player feels and I think that out of every FNaF song TLT has released, this may be the best written.

Arguably the most "badass" FNAF protagonist - he wasn't watching the animatronics through cameras or metal doors, but manually looking down his wooden doors and shutting these thin wooden barricades in their face as a sleep deprived child with trauma, who can't just opt out of this "job" at any time unlike the other protagonists. Mental issues be damned, this kid is pure, hardened resolve.

This song goes SO HARD, MAN. My love for FNAF 4 and its horror elements really hit me right in the frontal lobe. When I was younger, I used to have repeating nightmares that made it hard for me to sleep at night because I didn't want to deal with them, obviously they weren't big ass metal mental monster animatronic things, and they couldn't physically hurt me, but it still amazes me how similar FNAF 4 was to those dreams.
