that black sparkly plastic is probably a form of gps ( Gold plastic syndrome ). Basically the plastic has a lot of pigment and make it look shiny but it does grades overtime. A lot of old TF figures with not painted gold have this.

Glitchtrap was hard to find? Probably because he is the only character who isn’t from the curse of dredbear dlc and isn’t a animatronic he is meant to be a mascot costume design and probably because of him not being like the rest of the wave he got prioritised for collectors making stock of him scarce
