8:05 The "In Real Time" part was because you can see the animatronics moving on the camera in real time, as opposed to them just kinda teleporting and being motionless. They eventually added a full 6 hour mode since that's what people thought the game was. Also this game makes WEIRD changes to base fnaf 1 like the 3 main animatronics being able to take both halls.

The doors are fire doors, they raise when power runs out incase a fire caused it so someone trapped in one hall by the fire can just walk through the office into the other hall and evacuate
