I think it is a heavily damaged but still mentally in control sun that we see at 0:53. He moves not as if he’s trying to attack you but as if he’s just found you after being separated and is waving to greet you. Honestly I hope that Sun is our guardian because he’s my favorite. Maybe the next DLC would include some new modes. Like the unused survival mode, a mode to see the Pizzaplex during the day when the animatronics' hacks don't kick in, and maybe a character creator. One for our kid character, and one for our personal animatronic, all for it to come together in an online mode where 2 groups of players could try to win against each other. Plus, don't feel bad. Security Breach isn't completely screwed over. Maybe a few uh-ohs here and there, and some not-as-wanted final products, but It was still great, at least in my experience. ;)

Another thing I appreciate is the atmosphere of the pizzaplex. While the pizzaplex in the original game still was a very cool and memorable setting it still did not have the scare factor due to how bright and colorful everything looked. However here in the dlc everything is a lot more darker and run down almost giving us vibes to the classic Fnaf games. It’s amazing that Steel Wool knew the problems the original game had with its atmosphere and decided to help fix up in the dlc to make it truly look like a horror game.

Imagine how cool it'd be if we got a Spin-off Game where we are exploring the Sister Location Building&Bunker Complex....if they both got abandoned&"sealed" off before Michael Afton got there. Would be super neat to see the Funtime Animatronics hunting some Urban Explorers. Man, now I'm thinking of Sinister Turmoil and how neat that Game looked before it got canceled&transferred to other Devs......it's a damn shame that Sinister Turmoil never made it through Production, the few Demoes we did get looked pretty cool and I'd love to see somebody try reviving that project following a similar style as that Demo where you get into an old Freddy's Location, turn on the Power, go into a Bunker System and then get got by Freddy while wandering around.....also the Sinister Animatronics just look kinda neat. Yeah they're a bit Edgy, but not too Edgy for my taste.

If you slow down the interaction with Roxy, you can sort of see her ears move up a bit in curiosity and turning to her when Cassie touched her hand grabbing her. Also Cassie does have proof she’s a fan of Roxy, the green nail polish, the purple bracelet, the walkie talkie, and I believe her shoes are also Roxy’s colors. So it would be interesting to have roxy as a friend and try to help her friends and fix them up and stop whoever is controlling them.

Well she is "the one you should not have killed" after all, and she believes that everyone (including William Afton) is redeemable. It's why she as the 8-bit alligator in Ultimate Custom Night tortures William Afton. To make him repent, and see the error in his ways. However the "Crying Child" will make sure she doesn't get her way. What most people who didn't read the books do not realize is that Michael had no control over the mouth of Golden Freddy. It was someone masquerading as a security guard that made the mouth move. The "crying child" saw his killer... His real killer... His own father... William Afton. This is what real vengeance looks like. In the end of RUIN "The Vengeful Spirit" Evan Afton a.k.a. Gregory Afton will attempt to kill his drunken serial killer father William Afton.

This week has been truly an insane ride for Fnaf. The fact that we first got a teaser of the literal movie and now just 2 days later we finally got our first actual real trailer on the Security Breach Ruin dlc. I tell you if 2023 is going to be the year of Freddy then all way out I will definitely accept that tradition. It looks like at this point Fnaf is already starting to become a huge special impact and it hasn’t even been it’s 10th year anniversary yet.

@@Xxjack-09xX They probably changed it for a horror reason. They wanted Ruin to be about narrow areas and claustrophobia. The Atrium is just so open it would take away that feeling. So instead of having the player go through the Atrium has a central connection point, they had us go through vents and narrow hallways to get from location to location.

The Cassidy gets Betrayed by Gregory Afton storyline (in the earliest of the banned books he was called Gregory, and was changed to Evan shortly after his first story) from the banned Scholastic books is now all coming out in the games. They banned the books because they accidentally included fan artwork instead of game stills. As a result Scholastic banned their own books after accidentally violating copyright law.

My idea for why Sun/Moon are the way they are in this trailer is that it isn’t just because it was so dark for a long time. It definitely seems like Sun could survive a long time with Moon out and in control. It can’t be that. What *I* think is either: 1. The darkness of the abandoned building made them change into Moon, and the fire (if there was one) melted away Moon to reveal Sun underneath. 2. Moon stayed in control for too long so Sun started clawing his way from inside of Moon to the outside. 3. The amount of time that passed withered away Moon to reveal Sun. 4. (Unknown thing that made them merge.) What do *you* guys think made Sun/Moon like this? :) I’d be interested to know

I'm surprised of of how damaged the Pizza Plex was when I first stop the ruin DLC and now that we know what glam rock Bonnie looks like maybe we could have had a scene with shattered Bonnie where he gets up and starts chasing you that would have been really cool to see because one of the biggest mysteries and security breach when it first came out was where is Bonnie and we didn't get a definitive answer until this DLC came out

But it didn't really have that much fnaf essence except for the final boss fight, most of the scares have been really toned down. Like playing outlast with a teddy bear mod. I do have higher hopes in ruin though, seeing as how the animatronics and environment aren't as cute and fabulous anymore.

A list of awesome things you may of missed or detailed points at sections + the voice lines added is descripted at the end: 1. Daytime. At the start we see our protagonist Cassie jump through a broken window, covered with paper, in the background we see daylight, suggesting that we enter at day but turns night further through the game. This gives us a settlement to the atmosphere as we get some hand looks at our beloved Pizzaplex. We also see slight buildings in the back meaning people have built around the Pizzaplex maybe also abandoned not sure. We could venture outside like in the alley probably for an objective to enter the building. 2. Ruined Roxanne Wolf (Suggested name for now) (0:24) Roxanne is more ruined than ever, instead of just the eyes being missing it's also her whole face shell and other shells, exposing her endoskeleton that fits her design. Later on in the trailer (0:50) we see her grab Cassie's arm and is subtle but slow and not so frightening, you can also see Cassie grab back to probably fend off. At that moment it may suggest she is fighting some corrupted hack by the villain. 3. Special Remote. (0:26) We see a remote that Cassie seems to have just uncovered a remote possibly from the boxes and she fiddles with the dial, at this point it isn't activated as nothing happens but it could change the frequency on a radio. Also maybe with the digits on the frequency I can imagine if you put some secret number you hear voices like some Easter egg at different points of the game. At (0:34) we see the device being put to use on this device that may unlock areas, in the base game there are doors that require level 10 passes, considering it wasn't accessible we might be able to use the 'hacking' device to unlock areas that may have been blocked off by the ruined atmosphere with like rubble in the way. 4. Camera Stations. (0:32) We see that infamous TV shown as a teaser and now we know its use, for the first millisecond we see Cassie staring at the camera station at 'MONTYGOLF_1' and proceeds to another station of 'ROXYRACEWAY_2' meaning our known 'Fazwatch' is not used and instead we get a more developed device. At the 'ROXYRACEWAY_2' camera station it shows an 'INTERCOM' button and as we know Roxy in the base game was attracted to noise in her boss fight as she couldn't see, so this time it's going to be a possible FNaF 3 type situation to possible save us or Gregory. 5. Roxanne Walkie-Talkie. (0:36) Cassie pulls out a Roxanne designed walkie-talkie to speak with Gregory shouting "Gregory run!" which is our way to communicate and help the characters along with each other. 6. Ruined Montgomery Gator. (0:39) Montgomery Gator is seen clawing at us trying to reach us, suggesting this is the worst of the animatronics with their attack mode on our character, he's blocked by some gate but we see red eyes meaning he wants to reach us. At (0:44) we see Monty's death animation, we know it's a death animation is because of the static screen at the end which signifies death in the base game too, this death is intriguing as it's more gruesome with us struggling to fend off. 7. Ruined Glamrock Chica. (0:30) We see Chica wander by our main character with a flashlight aimed at her (Our character is left handed too), not sure if she's blinder than usual or just dumb (hoping it's not bad AI). At (0:43) Chica is seen wandering by her Cupcake shop seen by the swirls of candy on the wall with us behind some fencing. Next Chica is seen un-active on some travellator moving to another place, I don't understand what it could signify but considering base game she was put in the dumpster area underground, she still gets the worst out of the others. 8. Ruined Glamrock Freddy. (0:48) We seeing Freddy, our supporter and companion in the base game, stuck and trapped in some rubble. We see him slightly move so our boy is still alive. I take that this area is the Fazer Blast Arena with the subtle red lighting and the walls having the same pattern as the location. This could further signify that it's going to be the Vanny ending where Freddy is shattered by the bots Vanny controls and Gregory gets a moment with him. Freddy may be one of those moments where he doesn't recognise us but realise we're another lost child so we recruit him in a way and have him help locate Gregory. 9. Sun and Moon (I'm calling him Eclipse for now) (0:52) At this moment we see Eclipse burst through doors that may be the entrance of the Daycare and his design is so magnificent with the merge of the characters combined it gives us a lot of details. First we understand how the mechanisation works on the Daycare Attendant's body with the arm emitting the colour and the spikes working, I can imagine that there could be moments where Eclipse is struggling for as we know the Sun version is the brighter side of the game, where the night is more thrilling and frightening. We might have moments where we fight Moon but transferred to Sun and a sad scene plays of him not wanting to do whatever he's doing. 10. Vanny's mask. (0:54) We see Cassie put on the mask of Vanny and proceeds to enter some virtual reality, also to note that this isn't the mask from Security Breach it's actually the same design from Help Wanted which is an important but confusing thing. I take a guess that with this mask we get to see the world a lot more clearer but purplish vibe but with lines giving a Tron vibe as it shows the details we couldn't see, also it appears to show these purple splodges that looks like clouds as we are in the Daycare but I think it's more as in the Daycare there aren't any clouds that are 3D only 2D plus it's only on the walls. This could signify that we can't access those areas with the mask, also a theory that we can't wear the mask for too long as we may get corrupted or controlled. 11. The glitchy subject. (Credit to @SoDecay) (0:56) At this moment we see a form of some glitchy animatronic or some weird thing. We depict that many theories came along suggesting that it's another William Afton situation (hoping not) or the long missing friend Glamrock Bonnie. I'll stick to this theory for now. Basically in the base game we get these short notes about Bonnie, and it's small, we get a story where Bonnie was decommissioned by Monty presumably controlled by Vanny or Afton and we depict he was used to fit or fix Burntrap's body with clear resemblance (Go watch some theory about it) so this could be a glitchy form of Bonnie from within the mask. Other theories also suggest that The Mimic is took into play (A character from the books) which was used to lure children with another child voice to then capture but we until July for that! Voices (Depicting with thoughts and ideas): 1. "Cassie I hope you get this message!" - Gregory Firstly this suggests that Cassie got this message from her friend, Gregory, through some receiver or radio. Not certain how he would've sent it but technology in 2035 could be different ( I say 2035 because a FNaF enthusiast 'FuhNaff' stated in a theory) and more advanced. 2. "I'm trapped... here at the Pizzaplex- or what's left of it..." - Gregory We can suggest that Gregory has been at the Pizzaplex for quite some time and that there's no clear way out, he's gathered the information of the Pizzaplex decaying so he's been around but we are unsure on how or why he's still there. 3. "I don't have time to get into of how I got here... but you've got to help me out!" - Gregory With the idea of he's not lying is to be agreed with, as we know in the base game it's that obvious 12am-6am atmosphere, if Gregory were to be in a panic state he wouldn't state the six hour shift so he keeps it short and simple. For what we know he could've gone back to the Pizzaplex with Freddy where the state wasn't as bad as he could've been allured by 'The Mimic' and so obviously he calls a close friend to help him. However if you believe that Gregory is lying you would refer to 'The Mimic' which is a character in one of the books where an endoskeleton type animatronic lures children by pretending to be a child's voice. This could refer to how someone could pull up data about Gregory and have one of his closest friends to lure them and treat as some bad ending. But I think otherwise, as in the base game Vanessa tried to call the parents or police and try to find data on a child named Gregory, but cannot find anything stated in a line when Freddy is in Parts and Services "Turns out, there's no record of him!" 4. "Save me Cassie, please! It's so dark down here!" - Gregory Short and simple. Gregory is in distress and needs help as he may be in short time of death or something serious, plus he's kind of desperate. And of course it's dark, which is the highlight of this DLC. 5. "Gregory! Run!" Our first voice line from our first playable female character (Right?) and it seems we are definitely on Gregory's team, we could partner with Gregory, we help each other through situations or duel-puzzles (Puzzles that require more than one person) and this could lead to some chase scene that is more frightening and tense, who knows! 6. "Don't give up on me yet." - Gregory This does sound a bit more hidden and decrypted. Simple for suggestions that Cassie could be too scared to enter the Pizzaplex, or further down Gregory could settle her down and make the situation less frightening, especially for young children. This also feels like a hidden message from @SteelWoolStudios saying that they knew they got things wrong but are asking us, the FNaF community, to not give up on their team and that they can fix the situation. Overall this trailer is absolutely amazing and shows so much to make it good enough for our fanbase within only a minute and I love it, I love you Steel Wool. You guys knew what was missing and you fixed it!

I gotta admit this trailer actually looks very sick compared to how the original game went. I also do like the animatronics designs here especially Sun and Moon as he looks much more menacing than before. Overall the dlc looks like it’s going to be promising and I honestly can’t wait to see where it’s going to go when it releases. I liked the semi clean appearance of the Pizzaplex, with dirty hidden away areas. To me, it emphasized how they still had dirty/dark secrets despite trying to present a clean image. The underground landfill and the lost pizzeria under Roxy Raceway were a bit much, but they added a funny “willingness suspension of disbelief” element for the game.

So I may or may not have a theory about something, it sort of shows in the trailer. I want to believe that Roxy will be on our side in the DLC, just by looking at the hints, Cassy is using a Roxy walkie talkie kind of thing, and it reminds me of how Gregory used a Freddy watch to talk with Freddy. We also see a cutscene kind of thing between Cassy and Roxy where it looks like Roxy is neutral with her. Cassy grabs Roxy's hand and Roxy looks at it in a not so aggressive way. Just by looking at those connections made me think, there's a big chance it could happen. And one more thing! What about Music Man? It doesn't show him in the trailer but we don't know for sure what happened to him after the chase scene with Gregory in the main game. Honestly there is so much to expect out of this DLC, I'm hoping for something extremely terrifying. I wish the game luck.

You choose your partner and the rest of the game goes normal. Example being you have Roxy as a friend and have her eyes from the start. But now you need to get the rest of the parts from the other three. Different voice lines and interactions for the same scenarios. I can dream. Oh well.

Roxanne might be a good guy this time. In the scene where she's holding on to Cassie (0:50) it doesn't seem like Cassie is that panicked or trying to get away and Roxanne isn't paying her much attention. At first, I thought Roxanne was looking around confused but then I thought she could be protecting Cassie from something. especially since her ears are moving around listening and she herself is "looking" around while holding onto Cassie's arm. If Roxanne was dangerous, I imagine Cassie would be trying to get her to let go, but instead she just gives Roxanne's hand a tap. which would most certainly cause Roxanne to realize someone is there and attack. another reason I think she's good is because Cassie is seen using more Roxanne objects. Not only is she wearing a red cardigan (0:03), (being red like Roxanne's shirt in base game) she also uses a Roxanne themed walkie-talkie (0:36) and is seen with bright green nails (0:27, 0:41 and 0:51). (Similar to the color of green in Roxy's hair before she becomes all dirty and destroyed) There is also the scene where she is holding that weird Freddy themed thing with the antenna, but I think there's more evidence to suggest that Roxanne will end up helping Cassie. Maybe because Freddy ends up being corrupted while Roxanne isn't. I'd like to add that I've seen some other people's videos talking about the intercom UI during the scene where we see Roxy on the cameras (0:33) which could also point to her being good. nOPE, Roxy won't help us, how do I know? Well, the first time we see her we are hiding from her and second, in the cameras there is an intercom and it's obvious that it has something to do with Roxy since she's on that same camera so maybe Cassie activated the intercom to make Roxy go there. So there's why I think she isn't our friend.

I think the final line of “don’t give up on me yet” could be a hint at how different this game is going to be. It could be breaking the fourth wall to ensure us the dlc is going to fix the issues with security breach. Can’t wait!

The DLC is AMAZING! but I do hope there's a Definitive Edition version of the game proper and the DLC, it always seems like there's cut content and/or ideas that could have fit to the narrative or gameplay but were removed because of time. Plus it will allow for SWS and Scott to hammer in what IS on purpose for the story and what is actually not.

I mean it doesn't look like it has the alternate companion feature everyone wanted... Unless you can hack one of the animatronics, remove the Glitchtrap virus, and then fix that one up at a station... Would be interesting certainly if you could choose which one to remove from the game as an adversary and make your protector, adding tons of replayability. All they would have to do is have three or four different missions to "defeat and fix an animatronic" and you could only complete one each playthrough. I will say I don't have a good feeling about "Gregory." I think that's a synthesized voice drawing her in as a trap, and the real Gregory might show up later with Freddy and Vanessa in tow. If the save Vanny ending is the canon one (it was the best rated ending after all), then Afton is still down there, which would explain why everything is still running...

This trailer has been pieced together perfectly; it provides such immense tension! I'm sure when MatPat reacts to this 1 minute and 9 second video he and the rest of the people in 'Theory Headquarters' are going to make their reaction video at least 50 minutes plus. Can't wait until 'Security Breach Ruin' comes out!!
