Thanks for the video. My question would be related to finding a job in my profession (accounting). Are there a plethora of office parks in the northern suburbs of charlotte or would I likely need to expect to drive all the way into downtown charlotte? Thank you again!

Hello Louie. Thank you for reaching out. I would say there would be more positions available the closer you are to Charlotte. Statesville is approx 40 minutes north of Charlotte and 30 minutes from Winston Salem and about an hour from Greensboro. Many people buy properties in Iredell county due to the fact that it’s a better value and has lower taxes as well.
