I pray in tongues every day. at first, it was like okay what's going on here. then as weeks and months and now years have gone by. I got a full understanding of what the Holy Spirit was doing. It started off as just speaking in tongues, and now it's singing in tongues to God. I also take an hour a day and just stop everything and close my eye's and spend time with the Lord. I know the truth and the truth is. God's word is God's word, he sent the Holy Spirit to 3000 and they all spoke in Tongues. ask the Lord to open your eyes and ears to the truth. and he will. it's not demonic if it comes from God. Everybody doesn't receive the gift of tongues, but everybody can receive the gift of the Holy Ghost that comes with tongues. Acts 2:39, For the promise, is unto you, and to your children, and to all that are afar off, even as many as the Lord our God shall call. How does one know when they have received the promise of the father? Acts 2:33, Therefore being by the right hand of God exalted, and having received of the Father the promise of the Holy Ghost, he hath shed forth this, which ye now see and hear. Acts 2:4, And they were ALL filled with the Holy Ghost and began to speak with other tongues, as the Spirit gave them utterance. Acts 10:44-48, 19:1-6. Acts 5:32, And we are his witnesses of these things; and so is also the Holy Ghost, whom God hath given to them that obey him. God is no respecter of persons. If he gave it to me he will give it to you. I'm no greater than you or anybody else. You just have to believe and know how to receive it. Remember, the gift of tongues is NOT the gift of the Holy Ghost. Everybody that gets born again will receive the gift of the Holy Ghost speaking in tongues as the Spirit gives the utterance. You just have to be willing to give up all for Christ and stay before him in prayer long enough.

You said, “pray in tongues while you’re in the shower, you’re not doing nothing else but rubbing on yourself.” It sounds funny but I got it! Let me tell you, you and Pastor Taffi have been monumental in my spiritual growth. I really love you two. The very first message I heard was many many years ago and your wife was ministering on Adam and Eve. I was so captured by her because she’s real! Watch Derek Prince teachings on Speaking in tongues and teachings from Todd Smith bout praying and speaking in tongues because this is not something you have to work for… it is by simple faith just as we receive salvation. I watched a teaching this past week in which I was reminded that speaking in tongues is actually part of our full armor of God… its listed with the armor in Ephesians 6:6-12 to pray in the spirit. We focus so much on the pieces of armor that I hang paid attention to the importance of this directive given by Paul when putting on the armor. The Word says to pray in the spirit to build your faith and your strength, and it gives you peace just as Bro Creflo says in this teaching. Derek Prince vids can lead you thru prayers to receive and to remove any hindrances so you receiving it isnt blocked. That is why you don't pray in tongues because you are unsure that it is the will of God. Faith begins where the will of God is Known. The Holy Spirit could not dwell inside of the believer until Jesus died on the cross and paid the price for sin. So YES it is God's will for EVERY believer to receive the Baptism of the Holy Spirit and Speak in tongues. Gave my life to Jesus in October of 1983, Got Baptized in the Holy Spirit with the evidence of speaking in tongues at a youth meeting in March of 1984. Speak in tongues everyday.

So called speaking in tongues in a heavenly language is demonic. Tongues just means different languages in the bible.
