Have you greased the track on the window regulator? Possibly why it's rolling up/down so slowly as well.

A strut tower brace will fix the chassis flex that’s what causes the dash to crack I just bought a 97z28 first mod I did was strut tower brace

The first thing I changed on my 97 Z28 was to get rid of those ugly 5-spoke 16 in. wheels. I got a set of 2000 SS 17 in. painted take-off wheels from SLP. Only $100 each with center caps, new lug nuts and caps, and locks. Next thing was OEM floor mats molded to fit the cat hump.

Hehe good ol' window motors! On my '93 Z28, I changed each side like 4-5 times before I lost it 💀 Good times! Just got a '96 Z28 and needed the right motor instantly lmao

Just got my '96 Z28 back in August and the regulator was messed up in my driver's door. Whatever smooth-brain worked on it before me decided to cut the rivets out with a Dremel instead of drilling them out like a normal person so the fiberglass is all screwed up which pissed me off. I had to Jerry rig it to make it work but if it comes loose I'm gonna have no choice but to either get a new door or try and re-fiberglass it and drill new holes. Such a pain.

@@MakariGavin I hope so too, it was a disaster, as soon as I got the door panel and saw it I let out an audible sigh and questioned my entire life's choices. I guess only time will tell but for now the window works alright other than just being slightly misaligned.

My 97 z,I put new motors in for window,got c6 rims,and debating a 406(575hp) Motor.have fun drive the space out it.not many clean ones on the road.

I have a 98 z28 and coming from a 6 speed trans am that auto does suck but with that being said. Once you line up and just flor it. The auto is king.

Automatic Transmissions shift better. I think a lot of racers who own this car swap in a 4l80e or a racing automatic transmission. But for a daily driver I would prefer standard. Race wise I would prefer a built automatic transmission.

Hello, I guess you have no problems with the front blinkers. The freaking engineer that did that design should have his ass kicked. What the hell is wrong with just unscrewing for screws and taking a lightbulb out and put new ones in like the tail lights in the trunk they are nice front blinkers that engineer needs his ass kicked really bad.! Not to mention cheap headliner cloth and visor cloth. Used tires aren't fun to find either.

The only problem I have had with the blinkers is the switch, one blinker works and the other does not haha. The cheap headliner and visor cloth is just cheap 90s GM which doesn't even surprise me anymore
