You sound young, I'm guessing in your 20's or so. That is a great collection, and it's great that you understand it. I'm not criticizing your five things. Being out of debt, especially ridiculous car loans and credit cards is a great priority. I stack metal, which is also very important. But, I think other important things, besides shelter, is food and ammo. LOTS of food for sure. I hope you don't live in California, hopefully you can defend yourself and hunt if you need to. The stock market is hyper inflated, digits on paper is not real. Not saying no stocks, but be aware of the macro picture.
