Is not a bucket list.....is a dream list....the question is, at what point did it turn from a dream/hope list to a bucket list? Ii is always a dream. I am from Panama, and in our culture there is not such thing, is only a "sueño" (dream) no matter the age. May you have fullfilling "Sueños" my dear lady!!

Forgiveness can be a big one to achieve. It takes two to tango as the old saying goes and often there is fault on both sides. Even if only a very small fault if left unattended it can fester. It is so wise to sort things out in family first as it effects your whole life on a daily basis. Each day that goes by without forgiveness, is a day lost you almost feel doomed. Now as the old saying goes "where there is a will there is a way!"

The first one was really hilarious to me because a long time ago I thought I wanted to google my high school Prom date. I was older and realized that he was a very responsible young man. However, I never did it because I didn't want to be disappointed. I am married to a wonderful man now, but it was funny just the same. There are some things I want to do period and I know I will write them down because that is the first step forward. Boy, what a great haircut you have, beautiful. Sandra, you have this video thing down perfectly. The beginning of this was wonderful with the low, slow, talk, and great music playing - it all makes the total picture. This entire video was so true - I read that Facebook is one of the reasons there is such a high rate of suicide for adolescence. I keep thinking I'll brush up on my Spanish as well because of being here in California. Thank you for starting my day off so beautifully.

Aww Sandra, I love all of your "5's". I haven ' t done them all, but I can really relate. I was thinking that as I get older, it gets easier to accept the things about ourselves, good and bad and realize the simplicity of it all. Life lesson: don't overthink everything, have a sense of humor and be kind. So easy to say but sometimes harder to do. I try everyday. Have a wonderful week❤️

I love your videos. They are very wise and positive and you are a very beautiful person and woman. I like everything in this video but I especially like the part about not buying into being a women that believes life is behind them and they no longer have value ( those were not your exact words ). I would also add that sometimes we should be thankful for the challenges in our lives as they can start you on a new learning path and you never know where that path will lead, At 49, and after adopting some horses at my then husband's request, I lost all of my money and wound up living in the middle of nowhere and hubby took off leaving me with 7 horses and $234. Well I wound up really learning a lot about myself, kept my horse family going, lost 70 pounds and low and behold as I turned 59 a handsome, kind, sexy, responsible much younger man showed up in my life and we have been together now for 5 years AND I still have my horses. So always have faith and believe that you are an amazing, sexy, vibrant, interesting woman your whole life through and never let any one convince you otherwise.

Hi Sandra. I am new to your channel. Wonderful video and great things to think about. We have no do overs in our life! So we must try and make our journey peaceful. My daughter passed away and god answered my prayers to be with her with her last breath. Why I share this is family is so beautiful to embrace. If we are blessed to have one true friend be thankful. My daughter taught me so much about life, forgiveness and love. She still teaches me life lessons. My hardest lesson has been forgiveness however to do this isn’t for another. It is for us to move forward. Have a great day.

Sharon, First and most importantly, am so sorry you lost your daughter so early in her life. No mother should have that happen. We are supposed to go first. You both were blessed to be there at her passing. I am sure your being by her side made it easier for her to cross over. We do learn from loss, don’t we. It makes us appreciate memories and life moving forward. We realize that each day is important and we have to live in gratitude for what is in our past and embrace the future. Thank you so much for sharing. God Bless. ❤️. Sandra

Hi Sandra, I'm 40 and l love what you have to give on your channel. Words of wisdom is what l learn with you. Speaking about Facebook I'm glad l left it in 2009 when l saw ppl invading my privacy online. Instead l use Instagram for my skin care business. I'm talking about youthful looking skin from experience you are so right about not looking 35 when you are 50, 60 even 70!. It's all genetics. You can probably only look three years younger if you just buy the right products (all skin care products without fragrance of course, very important to dimenish fine lines). And yes, don't connect with an ex. I accidentally bumped into my first boyfriend when l was in highschool even though he was 12 years older than me at the time and saw he could've been my grandfather now. Sorry to hear about your first boyfriend. You seemed choked up about it. And lastly, you are so right about gratefulness and forgiveness. Ever since I've forgiven ppl from my past I've been a more positive person. Thank you, thank you. blessings. O, by the way l was born in Miami and live on South Beach too.

I honestly have tried before, but I am going to put the words in writing, maybe that will make a difference. I have tried by phone but they rejected me. One is a sister and one was a friend of 30 years. Honestly, I will tell you they were wrong, but I have tried to ask we put the past behind us. I got a negative answer. I know people and their true lives - and then I read their FB comments, and I'm aghast! I'm reading what they "wish" their lives were like, and the people they "wish" they were, living a"perfect" life. Gag me with a spoon. Ha Ha. AND you're so right. Hey, we're in our sixties. Either you inherited great genes and you look younger than others, or your nationality is one that ages more gracefully than others. I say, be glad with what you've got.Beauty starts fro within. Anyhow, Loved all the 5 things you listed. Couldn't agree more!

Sandra, I love your Intros and that music, so great. You are forever young and always beautiful. Yes FB does make me feel sad. I have lost so much over the last 5 years and I am still trying to recover from this unplanned life that hit me. But I have my paintbrush and a canvas and I put my life now, there. Thank you.

My mother had a hilarious sense of humor that could make us laugh at any age no matter what. She was what I call - a "fun" mother. She definitely had her faults, but the memories of her humor and her take on the human condition could make me laugh myself to healing back then, and to this very day. She could heal a teen ager's breaking heart, as well as adult angst by offering her perspective and a kind of fractured "take". My father was such a serious introvert as I am. I think he lived a lot of his life through her jokes, whimsy and fun times. I am so happy that I remembered to thank her, my father, and my grandmothers profusely for all they did for me. They are long gone now, and how I miss them. I'm 74, and when I'm down, sometimes I can make myself laugh - I mean that deep-down healing laughter, that tears-running-down your face, gasping-for-another-deep-breath laughter, just thinking about what my mom would say in my situation. It really helps. Miss them. Love them. Thank them again and again.

Thank you so much for walking us down your memory lane. Laughter is the best elixir to life and reminds us not to take us and ourselves so seriously. How wonderful that you had such an environment growing up. Thank you very much for sharing with us again.

Oh yeah, at 67 I did the Publishers Clearing House thing for the first time this year. Quickly drove me insane and I tossed everything after the first sequence of additional letters. I loved the beginning of your video. I was born, raised, and lived in Miami for 50 years. Everything made me smile!

Linda, I love living near Miami! Except in the summer!!! 😎. I suffered through the whole Publisher’s game and I thought never again! How do people do this year after year!!! It’s crazy with all the stickers and letters. Good luck to the winners because they put you through the wringer with nonsense to even be in the drawing!!! Thanks for sharing. Sandra

Hi Sandra - I am a new subscriber and looking forward to catching up on your videos and all the info. you have to share! I grew up without my mother (as she died when I was 12) and I have always loved to spend time with my grandmother (who died in 2001). She was wonderful and I realize how many questions I should have asked her and didn't. So, thank you for sharing. I just love listening to you! Also was wondering if you have any animals? I never had children, but I love animals (I have two dogs) and I love working in my flowers. God Bless!

Welcome Amy! So happy you found me! Scorpio and Capricorn! It has worked for us going on 43 years now! I am a Chanel girl, I just can’t help it. I love #5 and was recently gifted Gabrielle and Eau. All are beautiful scents. I remember that store on Lincoln Road, but it is no longer there. Lincoln Road still is a shopping/dining experience. Any brand in the world is here at our fingertips. ( Sometimes not always a good thing!). I am delighted you will be joining me on this adventure we are all taking as multi-faceted women. ❤️. Sandra

It's true. Life does change as we get older. My younger sister has Lewy Body Dementia. She has been battling it for 5 yrs. She is in a wheelchair now with round the clock care. Her mind is gone, and she has to be spoon fed. U never know, what is in store for u.She was a journalist, for NBC, for over 30 yrs. She received the Peabody award. I'm learning more and more, not to take life for granted. The blessing is, she is in her home with caregivers.

Sally, I am so sorry to hear your sister’s story. Dementia in all forms has no prejudices when picking its victims. The brightest minds, the most creative minds on this planet have been tortured and eaten away by this illness. What you say is true. Life life now. Tomorrow is an unknown.
