if you want to play ufc games that aren't complete ass, the undisputed series for the ps3/360 are the only ones that really fit the bill. undisputed 3 specifically has a lot of cool stuff in it like an entire separate mode for PRIDE. i'd really reccomend giving them a shot

And thanks to this video today I learned the in game HUD of Throwdown in PS2 is different than the Gamecube one, upon a bit of research I noticed the character select screen is also different in each version Sucks to see the 1st UFC game is actually just meh, back in the day game magazines were saying it was good

i think putting all the surfing games in one video would be the best idea.hope you also cover the need for speed series[even tho that's gonna take forever due to how many games there are].personal opinion.skip the oldschool games and start from underground up
