I recently had some spoiled milk in my fridge and didn't want to waste it, so I discovered five ways to repurpose the milk and I am sharing it with you.

I just made buttermilk pancakes with buttermilk that had a best by date of feb 12. Today is April 16. It smelled fine, it looked fine. The pancakes were awesome and no, we did not get stomach aches. This brought me to your channel to find out other ways to use my old milk.

Instead of vinegar you can use citrus such as lemon or lime.

Yes she is, and for the first time,,,, today Sep 21, 2021, I took my 15 day past due milk and made cheese that just blew my mind. Heat to 180 to 190 degrees, added 2 caps of lemon juice, a bit of salt, took it off the heat. Let it set to room temp strained it through a fine strainer and coffee filter. Wow is all I can say

@@sjtv6565 It gets firm in the frig, but it does not slice like typical cheese, it crumbles and breaks up. You can add anything for flavor With a cheese press, and time / weeks in proper storage it will slice. The other option is adding Rennet

@@joek511 old milk does it really matter. Have fun make cheese. I suggest cheese cloth for easy clean up. Make butter by Whipping the heck out of heavey cream. You have butter milk when you squeeze the butter.

Love this ❤️ though I still doubt it for my cats (cow's milk not recommended for felines) and require little work to make it cheese and cooking, but the skin and bath idea was awesome way to instantly use it, also the fertiliser as how I've been resorting to the outdoor plants for all my spoiled milk, now knowing adding 50% water to it makes it better. Thanks!

I understand this is a general rule, but the slight acidity in spoiling can help many pets. I suggest everyone get to know their dog before serving them milk. My pup has a super sensitive stomach, and just a little milk every now and again helps her digestive system.

Dairy is incredibly beneficial for a dogs digestive tract if taken in careful moderation. It's much safer than salmon, which has amazing health benefits for dogs and cats (omega 3s) but must be kept to a strict 14 day rule or the animals can develop salmón poisoning. Is that using raw milk because you could only do that with that milk you get raw organic milk you can't do it with the other milks because it'll make you sick and we don't know the outcome later on but thank you for the beautiful beautiful tips 🤗

I'd only use RAW milk to give animals. Pasteurized & homogenized milk has removed the beneficial enzymes and left lactose. Lactose is what many people, cats especially cannot drink. Raw milk is excellent to drink if you're lactose intolerant.

Cats and dogs are lactose intolerant - whether they love it or not. Should not give milk to pets. Ask your vet if you want verification.

@@jessh4016 You are pretty persistent there, but usually things like this have a kink in the view, such as the concern about the destroyed enzyme (due to pasteurization). If it’s pasturized, the add lactase, the enzyme that digests milk sugars, .
