I don’t understand the idea in the culture to excuse bad behavior as “being confused” or the perpetrator is “too young” to be held accountable even when they’re in their 20s. Further, when they perpetrator drugs someone or sets someone up to be hurt or something…but they are excused and the victim usually the ML or FL is expected to still accept the perpetrator as a bride or groom or a family member.
