I have been going through some shit lately both professionally and personally, i lost focus and forgot to appreciate the people i have been blessed with. Like don't get me wrong the instruments and vocals sound amazing, but there are so many songs on this album that talk of God and the devil, Heaven and hell to where it got repetitive to me. I love 5FDP and I've been a fan for over a decade and this album lyric wise to me was stuff I've heard on previous albums. It's not a bad album in my opinion it's just not mind blowing.

I get what you mean completely but ehh they aren't done by a long shot but I think alot of these lyrics are based on Ivan and his fight between sobriety which yeah he's done over and over again but people are still criticizing him for the past which isn't cool. So I mean I guess there's a reason for it. I do agree with you though those 2 albums I listen to the most over the others absolutely.

I mean Ivan's been singing about his struggle with God and the devil since way of the fist. I hope the next album will be more original. Like I'm fine if one or two songs are like that just not the majority of the album. Also I will say Judgment Day's course literally sounds like it was ripped off from Cradle to The Grave. They're both good songs but you know very similar course wise.
