Oh, the relaxing rage. That's the good kind, because if used properly, it can facilitate some devious, and potentially well thought out revenge, and the people who deserve said revenge wouldn't know about the revenge or who got it until it was too late. The moment of clarity.

I see it as a build up too, but something different. The band sees this album as rebirth, I believe that's what the intro represents. Torthagnatharak Tharak'Kragthagath lol I think you're missing the point of the PTSD part. Nobody has more demons than someone who has that, and that's something that will take you under faster than anything. Most who have that wont even bother to say anything because they're pissed they have it and they've already tried to reach for help. Another is exactly like you said they don't want to pass it on to anyone. It's the fact people wake up and those with the disorder take their own life and family and friends are left to wonder what happened. I wasnt referring to two people who both have PTSD that's a whole other ball game.

C FORD a fucking nightmare for sure. They don’t seem to grasp that it’s nothing a pill can cure it takes a shittt ton of time that every time you open up old wounds it’s bad enough add in those who discredit and devalue it and it’s enough to bring the strongest down. I wish they understood too if you can even manage to get that out of them but unfortunately in today’s society the worst thing that happens to people is shit on social media. (Not their fault but still.) I hope you can find at least one person to lean on a little. But a lot of people including myself GY6 sir. "I give a shit. I never did." That line can mean a lot to different people. I know it means a lot to me. My Dad was retired military, but he abused my brother and I. I know he had his demons, but it didn't give him the right to abuse my family. After years of emotional abuse, I was able to stop it at 10. Stopped the supervised visits and left him. He died in 2017 due to drugs and alcohol. Before I ended that last call with him, he said some sick things about me. Scared me to death, but he can't harm me. Not anymore. So those lyrics really pull it out for me. I don't give a shit for what he said and what he did to me. It was just karma of what happened to him.

I was in a similar situation with my stepfather. He was ex-military and my mother got together with him when I was about 8. About 2 years after they got together he chocked my mother and I had to hit him to get him off of her. A week later she got back together with him. 1 year later he destroyed my fridge and broke my kitchen window by chucking a chair through it in a drunken rage. After that she said that in order to get back together he would have to stop drinking which he did for about a month. We had about 1 year of relative peace. The only thing of note that happen was him telling my mother that he was going to shoot himself. Which for him was the best he had done. In late 2019 he attempted to choke me after I defendened her. We need up calling the police and I haven't seen him since thankfully. It's nice to know that I'm not alone fighting demons of the past. It is a shame drummer Jeremy Spencer is no longer on the team but, we are still happy he pursued a job as great as being with the 5FDP team. We pray he stays safe. I also pray everyone from the band and the 5FDP community are staying safe during the crisis that's going on currently. We hope it ends soon.
