Divorce is hard but life does go on and can be so wonderful once you find your way. T he kids are getting so big and are finally seem like they have found their groove as well. Holidays are hard when you have to share the kids in a different way than you’ve always done it. I love that - one moment at a time! For anything that feels like Too Much/A Lot. I worked as a biochemical technician between college and grad school. Due to Trump 1 and my evolving interests, my boss at the time encouraged me to apply to grad school sooner than expected - even though I had to cram for the GRE for three days. When I was feeling overwhelmed, he advised, "sometimes you have to take a step and start actually climbing the mountain, and only then the mountain looks smaller."

Divorce is a big life change and big life changes such as birth, death, a move, etc. are often stressful. I had a death of a family member 4 yrs ago, and this too was the best holiday season so far. It still hurts and the holidays will never be the same, but yes things have gotten easier. Enjoy the time you have with those fun kiddos. Happy Holidays.

Hey Skyler!! You are sooooo correct! We have been through the loss of 2 grandchildren because their mommy does not like us. Our son is totally lost….. BUT this Christmas is awesome!! My sister has 14 😳🥰 grandchildren, and we have neighbors that have young children. Sooooooo I made a ton of gifts for all of the kids 😃 Shipped out gifts to my sisters grands, and today I went around our neighborhood bringing gifts to the neighbors children. This is an awesome 🤩 Christmas 🎄 There IS life after the storm ❤❤

That is so kind of you. My sons are all grown and there are no grandchildren in the near future. I love children so much. I have been showering my young niece and nephew with gifts. But my greatest enjoyment is shopping for children through Toys for Tots and also through the Salvation Army, who does the "Angel Tree" every Christmas season. It would break my heart to be alienated from grandchildren. God bless you.❤✝️🙏

Hi Skyler, Daisy, Violet, Lily, Lincoln and Logan, I loved looking at, listening to and watching this 9 minutes and 53 seconds video of you all having lots of great fun together out and about in the great outdoors. I loved seeing you 5 riding the Wiggle Cars. You all did look like you all were having so much great fun riding them, and a fun way to get all your wiggles out too. Lily Jane like your dad said that is the way to crews while riding on your Wiggle Car lounging back while your hands are on your stirring wheel keeping you from falling. Way to go there Lily keep having great fun riding your wiggle car. It is so cool. I love seeing you all being so kind and sharing your electric cars with other children in the park. I love the long cement loop track they have at the Park that you all can ride on with your Electric Wiggle Cars. They look like so much great fun to ride on. Logan that was cool watching you ride your Wiggle Car under your dad’s legs where you had to duck your head. Logan way to go buddy keep having lots of great fun out and about in the great outdoors. Way to go Violet that was so cool seeing you riding on your Wiggle car eating out of the big bag of chips while you were eating a snack. Daisy Violet and Lily I love, love, love your very colourful zip up cotes and beanies that you wore out playing at the Park. The pastel colours in the coats looked stunningly beautiful on you three girls, and very warm too. Violet you are very cleaver how you use you arms and to pull your body up on the Monkey Bars and then go across them. That is so cleaver of you. Violet I love that you were pretending to ride on your Car while you loned your Wiggle Car to a young boy who happened to be at the Park the same day that you were, that was so funny and so nice of you to hair your Car with other children at the Park. Daisy I Googled the L.O.L Surprise dolls that you were talking about that you want for Christmas and I found them to be so cool how they change colour in water. I hope you get given some of them for Christmas. Violet that was great that you have learnt the Nursery Rhyme called Humpty Dumpty. Way to go Violet. Lincoln that was so funny watching you riding on your Wiggle Car showing of as you drove past the camera and then drove off on the edge of the foot path. Lincoln you truly are a clown. Thank you for making laugh. Wow Skyler I loved seeing the spectacular colours in the sky of the sun setting. The orange colour was so dark orange looking I loved it. @ I feel like the physical taking care of a baby~ diapering, bathing, holding, rocking, burping, lulling to sleep, and breastfeeding, bottle/ feeding is the best part of motherhood. There is nobody in this world that you can take care of like this except your baby. I would want to savor these years almost to the point of not really caring if they were potty trained at three or four years old. This baby stage doesn’t last forever~ and as a child, all that I would do all day is feed, bathe, dress, and rock to sleep my dolls for hours, with my sister, dreaming about the day that I would do this for hours, upon hours around the clock 24/7~ years upon nonstop years with my own baby.

I did :) I resigned from the LDS church last year. However, I've been able to make peace with my family's faith, and returning to the tribe I was raised in was a beautiful experience. I've realized that while I don't agree with all the church currently teaches, I can still embrace the good it offers.
