i did all of these but still nothing has changed, it takes 200mb stil is there something else thats affecting it? can u help pls

did you solve it? Iam having 100% Cpu usage problem when nothing is running. Literally nothing!! And the laptop gets heated up and it turns off without any warning!!

That is because you have either windows 10/11 home. You need to upgrade it to pro, or just search on youtube how to enable it.
