All you need to do is change your wifi to your hotspot retry after you try to get in then when u get in just change it back to your normal wifi

Xbox fixes for this problem: (step 1 is a temporary fix, step 2 has been a permanent fix for me) 1. Load the game in your phone hotspot then switch to your wifi 2. Network settings, advanced settings, qos, turn off DSCP and WMM
