I have done all of these steps even factory reset. When on bluetooth device the sound from my music and videos still skips. I have a samsung gs9. I found that other ppl have reported this issue and there is something wrong with the android software. Also by the way i have connected the bluetooth devices to other phones and they work just fine

I have an unusual issue, and haven't found anything online to address it. I have an android phone. Troubleshooting has shown the issue is with the phone. I will be playing music I've downloaded to my phone when the music will just stop playing out of nowhere when the next song comes up. The next song appears to be playing but no sound will come out. If I go back to playing the last song, allow it to play for a few seconds, then forward to the song that wouldn't play, the sound will come back. Okay so basically for clearing the cache, I didn't have that option. And the problem is like when I use my headphone it suddenly disconnectes and when I turn off and on my headphone it works again. I don't know why this is happening.

There is a couple of things you can try if you have a dual-band router you can try connecting to the 5GHz connection on your phone to minimize the interference. Check for updates, you can also do a backup and try a factory reset some users have stated that doing that helped fix their issues.

I just watched your video on Bluetooth and no answer so I will ask. When I have hung up on a Bluetooth call ( this has happened on 3 different vehicles) the phone will try to dial my no, and when I try to hang-up it just dials my no. again and again. It will show being on line for awhile if I leave it but will not hang up. I have to restart my phone to get it to quit. Can u assist.

Great video but I'm on Android Go and the Bluetooth is whack. When I turn it on it connects but only the mic is synced no sound comes out my headphones so I press the blue tooth sync button, next thing I know there's sound coming out of my headphones but now the mic in my headset is not working and it uses the mic from my phone, hit sync button again back to mic in headset with sound going through phone, press it again audio back to headphones but mic not on on my headphones and uses my phones mic. Like c'mon android. This is android 10 go and the headphones audio for the headset and mic can't even sync properly. Tried multiple headsets. You can do better android. And how about music controls on the lock screen. Honestly get with it in 2021. 💯

When using ford sync with bluetooth the bluetooth will connect to the car saying "bluetooth connected for calls and audio"..fine..but after a month of it working fine,all of a sudden it only connects for calls only..i go into the bluetooth setting and click the sync gear setting and it says calls-on..messaging-on..audio-off..so i click to turn audio back on..and go to play music through the car it only plays through my phone..something keeps turning off audio setting off..so to fix it i have to delete phone from sync,do a master reset,and sync reboot and re-pair phone and it works again (well till i have to repeat the process over in a month)...pain in the fckn ass

I've been experiencing unstable sound on my bluetooth headset, the sound is getting lower and then getting higher all the time. This just happens on my tablet and not my phone.
