This won't matter because it will keep creating that same folder multiple times. I've deleted this folder already a bunch of times on my other drives. It keeps reappearing. There's no MS store apps in there. It just keeps creating that same folder with the same permissions that I cannot delete. I have to do this over and over and over again.

It's in the E drive i.e External hard-disk. After going to advanced settings and clicking change. It doesn't open.

This process didn't work for me. I was having a WindowsApps folder from a previous windows installationn and that was not being deleted even with the permissions/security properties being changed as per this video. So I booted into an Ubuntu live USB and deleted the folder from the file manager there, and after restarting windows, I'm able to install new apps to D: drive

So im trying to delete the windowsapp folder because I'm having a problem where the xbox app didnt let me update Halo Infinite and then for some reason it disappear from the xbox app and also the Apps & Features but I found out that the files are still on my drive with a folder named "Microsoft.254428597CFE2_1.3308.47340.0_x64__8wekyb3d8bbwe" and its using like 61gb. Now I did all the steps showed in this video and I still get a message saying Folder Access Denied You require permission from Everyone to make changes to this folder (followed by the folder I mentioned above that is Halo Infinite).
