after 1 week of trying i finaly did it , try this guys Hardware Acceleration GPU scheduling i turned it off and optimizations for windowed games also turned off u can find this in windows settings got to system , display ,graphics WINDOWS 11. and optimalized my GPU AND CPU AND IN BIOS FROM 3200 THAT MAX SPEED ON MY RAM I PUT NORMAL MODE THAT MEANS 2400 SINCE THEN NO CRASH

Windows Update 24h2 is the Problem, make a rollback zu Update 23h2. worked for me

I found a permanent fix!! You need to uninstall your graphics driver with DDU (Display Driver Uninstaller) and then download the stable nVIDIA app. Not the old geforce experience one. This app automatically downloads the latest compatible driver. If your on team AMD then just install the latest driver after DDU finished. That's it! It's a driver related bug.

If you don’t know what a bios menu is you shouldn’t own a pc your just lost it’s individual to your own motherboard

It’s related to your motherboard.. you have a specific key to open the bios like f12 or f10. You can find the one to your motherboard manufacturer website

Yes exactly… totally forgot.. running the game in admin mode by creating a shortcut of the exe file also help many users
