If it's not working for you do it this way: Uninstall that Microsoft distrubutable Restart Computer Then try to install corel This worked for me

Generally uninstall any VCC that is newer than the one Corel is trying to install - I had to get rid of 2017 and it worked like a charm, thanks.

Before I uninstalled the visual c++ 2015 both x64 and x86, it stucks at 4%. After I uninstalled them it stucks at 12%, and still showing the same message that I have another version already installed. Then I uninstalled every single version of visual c++. But still the same.
