THANK YOU!! After watching your video I went to check my line connections and, sure enough, the threads were still showing. I was cautious not to ‘over-tighten’ per the instructions and now live tighten them all the way down (no threads showing) and now have powerful, consistent A/C and heat flow 👍

On ours neither the heat nor the AC is working. Does doing this fix both?

I have not tried AC yet since it's still too cold up here in the North. But I'm confident it will be fine. I do recommend a torque wrench if you can get one@@heather_the_artist2

Everybody, I’ve seen do a tap off on the Mr Cool always uses a little nose pliers. I don’t know what the deal is with these guys but needle knows are not for tight mean nuts or bolts or faster.

set the temperature on 78, air blowing out of the unit is 79, how does it work?

should be blowing cooler air than the surroundings. if you got the pc04 code this video may help, otherwise I'm not sure but contact mr cool and they can try to help you

yes, the refrigerant was not released from the line because I did not tighten the connection enough
