The hard reset for my Echo Show 5 worked. However, instead of loading the whole device, it was stuck in "fastboot" screen. So I tried hard reset again and the fastboot screen stopped showing, only the Amazon logo and loading screen appeared now, so I unplugged and plugged it again and Amazon loaded successfully. Didn't have to unregister the device, just manually configure it again to work with my Amazon account / WiFi. Thanks for the video!

Still not working. The screen is completely black. It shows the logo when turning it on or turning off, but once its on, nothing on the screen just black.
