Unreal engine is exiting due to d3d device being hung in UE4 caused due to the corruption in the display settings either due to outdated device drivers or may be two or more display adapters are causing the issue of d3d device being hung. Sometimes its directx which is the cause for the ue4 fatal error because directx found not compaible with the display drivers.

@@saheberbouy @Patrick Evan Roach From my understanding the GPU goes idle after a default amount of time of 2 and 5 of TdrDelay and TdrDdiDelay respectively (unsure if seconds or lesser units). In short, this change makes it take longer before the GPU goes idle. This helps with some games were they crash if the GPU goes idle. At least that's what I've gathered from the previous encounters with Unreal Engine errors.

Reinstalling doesn’t fix.. you must have overlocked your cpu or gpu or May be you have got overclocked cpu/gpu from manufacturer. You can check ideal details on the manufacturer website
