Thank you for sharing! Maybe i am wrong but i think you have not mentioned how many times a day/week you should do these exercises. Do you have any recommendations?

No you're right, i didn't mention that. Thanks for noticing :) The exercises should be performed atleast 3 times a week according to Kang (2018), Lee (2017) and Kim (2015).
