FIX!!! Full Screen Not Working In Google Chrome F11

how do i keep chrome from opening with a small window to where I have to hit the square in the top right to make it larger. I would like it to open in that size every time I open...not really full screen (f11) but the size it becomes when you hit the square in upper right corner. thanks.
