Uh, if you are telling people to focus on hitting in front of the ball, which is right, you could at least make it easy on them and explain the weight shift. If you get your weight forward and post up on that lead leg, it gets a whole bunch easier to hit in front of the ball. Also, you should talk about HOW FAR in front of the ball. People hear what you are saying and they try to hit an inch or two in front of the ball. They don’t realize that pros are bottoming out like 6-8 inches in front of the ball. It’s wild to try hitting that far out in front for the first time. I’m hitting behind the ball well then have you tried NOT hitting behind the ball is a pretty disappointing effort, TBH.
