Is there a problem with the servers ? I reset my iPhone did anything and nothing helped, so it's in the app itself, or some restriction is on the phone, although all notifications are enabled

I finally found the solution for the disappeared dms you just have to go to ur posts and share it to 10 people and the msg will be back.. It worked for me

I’m collecting dms chats without seeing em just for fun , I want see the real count. I count the unread chat which is had 41 but it only showed 11 , how do I fix because I’ve already make a lot of report but instagram had never take an action yet. does anyone have the same problem?
