Ios 16 doesnt show notifications as a list even if i set it to display as “List”. I have to drag my finger from the bottom of the lock screen up to see if there are any notifications

Hey men, i have a veeery similar problem, you see, actually I do get notifications, but they disappear instantly, as if they were "clear" automatically, and none of them are saved in the notification centre. Like many others here i tried everything. From the steps up above but also resetting network at home. But the problem/bug persists. It started on my iphone 8 about 2 months back on 16.5 IOS, and 16.6 didnt fix it. I switched to an iphone 12 mini a few days ago and i have the exact same problem on there. I can only hope upcoming IOS 17.0 will fix it. The delays are for all apps that give notifications and the delay is always 2, 4 or 7 mins. The exception is when you are busy on your iphone doing stuff while its unlocked then messages always arrive on time.

March 1st, 2023 ~~ I tried EVERYTHING, and yet, nothing, I reset all my settings, restarted my phone a million times, disabled and enabled my notis, and yet nothing. This issue started yesterday (Feb 28, 2023) but it was late at night at around 11:00 or so, it randomly started happening and I have no clue why, is this an issue or glitch? And yes, some notifications work for some apps but for almost all the other apps like KZbin, Snapchat, and even discord, it doesn’t work anymore.

On iPhone 8 AND 6s I have this somewhat opposite issue: Phone is locked , I receive a phone call , I answer it and place it against my ear to talk . If a notification arrives while I am in call , phone's screen lights up , but it is not supposed to! For example if phone is unlocked and I receive a call , place it against my ear and notification arrives , screen remains off like it should. I consider this a bug that it carries on from ios 15.x , now on 16.5.1 .Yes I have done all the necessary things to try to resolve it ( updates , soft reset , hard reset , settings to default etc. ) problem remains unsolved! It is clearly a bug with lockscreen ...And this has been solved in other phones for more than decade ffs...!
