This problem actually happens on restore to ios 12, That IC that I change is BBPMU the voltage regulator to Baseband chip. Yep, you have to restore after replacing that chip.

Nope BBPMU is different by model, you have to use same like printed over ic for clear information in a simple way. You also have to remember that Intel or Qualcomm too.

check modem firmware shows or not on that cases IMEI also not shown, so, check BBPMU first. If ok that fault are from BBCPU.

Ciera Smith It ended up not even working. You have to send it back to apple. It’s a hardware issue. They will fix it for free But if there’s a crack on the screen or any damage like that you’ll have to pay for the fix.

This fault actually happens after the shorting happen in BBPMU or Baseband chip itself, Remember first remove baseband small power ic then check the parts(Like Capacitor near BBPMU or baseband chip). After removing Baseband small power IC is if the shorting is also present then mostly chance of shorting the Baseband chip itself unfortunately that can`t be repairable.
