If your battery dies before 0%, and you plug it in, it should boot up by itself. When it does unplug it, it will drain a bit more, then replug it and repeat. Do this until you actually reach 0%. Then follow the video. Best way to drain is turn your brightness all the way up, turn on bluetooth, turn on flashlight, turn on wi-fi and start a game or something and let it sit.

I charged it fully, turned it on plugged in for another 1hour or so and then unplugged it and let it drain fully. My battery health is 98% of maximum capacity and it dies at 48% battery. Should I try this method or should I replace the battery. I’m so confused. Please help 😞

@techlore8 жыл бұрын
100% go for an original. Anything claiming to add capacity either won't work or is likely a scam.

Well Apple doesn't officially sell a legit one. I am just saying to go for one that claims to be original but maybe from a different company. One second let me find a link.

My phone died at 20 percent 16 percent and 10 percent and sometimes it skips to 1 percent and sits there for 5 minutes it’s on my iPhone 5. My iPhone 6 dies super fast and when I plug it in it just turns on and shows the apple symbol and then it’s at 20. :/ and I charge it til 100% but I play on it while it charges witch I think kills the battery because my other phone died and it stayed being weird and I lost it for 2 years then I just got a new battery and it worked again

Why has my phone been stuck at 15% I barely charged it 20mins and used it like 3 hours no difference? Is this good or bad
@Avm3719987 жыл бұрын
Does it only work with phones or everything with a rechargeable battery. I got a problem with my Switch, when fully charged it will go from 100 to 1% in less than an hour, after that it stays at 1% for about 2 hours.

Before, my brother had an iPhone 6 for 2 years and this unexpected shutdown happens to him every time. After he keeps using it, it died at 54% and it never boot up itself for 6 days, even charging it is not working either. Wtf?

No I don’t think that’s the problem mines like I left it charging in till %100 percent then I was just doing my own thing but then 1 min later I turns off and it says it’s like %5-10 percent (PLS RESPOND)

Just bought a new battery today for my Android device. I charged it until it reached 100% battery percentage, then I used it, it lasted a while but once the battery hits 40 percent it suddenly turns off without notice. I then charge it again and it says 0 percent, and I didn't touch it until it fully recharged. I used it again to drain it and guess what, it dies out again after reaching 40 percent! My old battery didn't even have this problem. (I only replaced my old battery since its a 2 year old battery now and it drains so quickly.) It seems like the new battery has a problem. 😓

So my battery drains very quickly and it shuts off unexpectedly at random moments. if i turn it on it doesn't most of the time (when i am below 40%) but did once (when i was at 90%).... i have a pixel device and you can go on and say to google assistant that "i am having battery issues" and it'll run a small diagnostic.. in that it shows me that my battery health is fine... if i keep my phone idle it goes below 30% too but if i'm using it it will just switch off... is this a calibration issue or something else....?

So I drain it to 0, then change it nonstop to 100. Then leave charging for 1 hour . Then drain it to 0 without charging it. Then charge it to 100 and leave it charging for an hour. How long will this take??? Draining it alone will take hours and do both times you drain it it has to start at 100%. This will Take around 6 plus hours. I really hope I have the time to do this Mine completely died at 11%. When it powered off at 40% I was able to turn it on. But not at 11%. So that's where I'm starting from

If your phone dies under 50% drain the smartphone battery by connecting the battery to a dumb lightbulb. If your phone is dying above 50% consider to remove the aftermarket case, decrease brightness, turn off WiFi and sync, and remove the battery cover if you can - if this keeps it alive longer then your phone is just overheating. Keep it in the shade or by a fan or try an all new charging system (wall plug cable and battery).

I was looking for a tutorial video like this and this is one of the ones I found, I'm not sure if calibration is the answer to my problem, My problem is that when my phone reaches 100% and when I unplug it and use it, the phone's battery percentage is stuck at 100%. even though I've been using it for a long time, it's still stuck at 100% and suddenly the battery percentage will decrease quickly and it will shut down suddenly when it's at 30-50%, I don't know if I need a battery replacement or calibration, thank you in advance if you reply :)

check your battery health on settings if it’s below 80 you need a new battery
