Hi nice video very handy to no if your in trouble. I own a dremel Just like that one but i think newer. I'm having trouble with it now the speed is not so fast. Also smelling of burning. Would that be the brushes. Waiting your reply sender Mark.

It could be the brushes or the board inside it that controls speed. Wouldn't take but a minute to pull it apart and check. Let me know how it goes.

Old video but anyone happen to know why some models have a pcb connected to the mains power cord while others dont. Mine looks exactly like the one in your vid. But others ive seen have that pcb. Any ideas?

My Dremel 3000 stopped working while I was using it but then when I shake it, it works for a few seconds and then stops again. Can you please tell me what could be the issue!! Thank you
