i have one question and one query... we are using original version of arcmap ver 10.5.. and the landsat toolbox is not working. it is showing following errors: error 010141: error in creating a raster from a geodataset failed to execute (Nibble) failed to execute (lnadsat7scanlinerrorfill) any idea what happened here? another question is: will this toolbox fix only landsat 7 errors or previous ones can be fixed too?

Answer for your question The extension is only a trial version, it may not work for original software or check the expire date of the extension. Answer for your Query It only works for landsat7 image, even the name says "landsat7 scanline error fill". And I dont think other images (landsat5 and 8) have scanline errors. Dont forget to subscribe and to share with friends.

even landsat 1 to 5 has errors. anyway i found out that using r.fillnulls in grass we can fix the errors. i am not well versed in grass and python. can you possibly do a video on that?

@@aakashkhanal7833 Which version of ArcGIS you are using? It is compatible with 10.4 as I installed it and used to remove scan line error. However, it doesn't remove fully but better to clip your study area first then use to remove the scanline error.
