Amazing, I will give this a try. I have a slight tilt and I've been trying to fix it for ages via yoga and stretching, but nothing seems to do the trick. I also dislocated my rib the 3rd time this year, which I think has a lot to do with it. Thanks for sharing this Zac!

Can you please tell can i do these exercises with an S shaped scoliosis? I have 2 curves, so I'm afraid that I'll do worse If I understood correctly, the shifted side is a side where i have a convexity, elevated shoulder and elongated upper back muscles? I also would appreciate more vids from you with deep dive about twisted spine\scoliosis\spine rotation Unfortunately in my country there's no PTs who can help me, because they all have an outdated approach based on just stretching and strengthening (they don't teach breathing and ribcage expansion). Doc… I just want to double check that I’m doing this correctly… I have a lateral shift where my hip juts out to the left and my torso is bent toward the right side of my body like this / Based on my understanding of your video, I am supposed to lie on my right side for the first two exercises and then for the last exercise, I am supposed to extend my right leg and my left arm. Is this correct?

Good one Zac, Would this help with hiatal hernia where the stomach and diaphragm are pushed up ino the ribcage, as is the case especially on my left side (especially that exervise where you are on knees and elbows? Or is there something that would be better to try?
