I have a headset microphone (with jack plug and headset adapter) that is not plugged in or when I'm talking to a friend, they hear me best when I talk into my headset with sound coming out. It's not the microphone that's broken as I've checked it on other devices. This is on my pc windows 11, does anyone know a solution because I've been searching for a month and nothing helps. thx ❤

If the thing showed in the video doesn't work then 1)Search device manager 2)Open it 3)Click audio input and output 4)Choose your microphone 5)Right click on your microphone 6)Go to properties 7)Go to driver 8)Uninstall device 9)On the top left corner you will see action menu 10)Tap on action menu 11)Tap scan for hardware changes 12)Close the window 13)Restart your device

I go to Device Manager and I found "usb audio device" with issue so I uninstall it and plug my mic again. It works.
