fortnite is still a bit stuttery but i have been able to open discord now without fortnite lagging like crazy instead of having to open discord on my browser

i recently bought a new mouse with a 4000hz polling rate and when i select this option and go onto a game like Fortnite for example my fps drops likes and i start stuttering the moment i use my mouse do you think this method will work for me or do you propose a different method?

im just buy new mouse with 4k polling rate HZ, in game theres no issue, but in desktop the pointer sometimes kinda stuttering did u know how to fix it ?

There is, but its not recommended because modern games work better with the optimizations.

Hello, a question when I set it to 125 hz 250 hz any juice runs smoothly, but at 500 is where I have fps drops regardless of the configuration I set, I followed your guide but I still have drops of 2 or 3 fps where I feel inconsistency With the mouse worse at 125 250 hz it runs smoothly because it is due to some lack of power connected cables, what would be the problem

it could simply be that your mouse is dropping samples, for example if its not high quality enough to sustain a higher polling rate. Try hidusbf to manually change the polling rate up and down to see if it changes anything.

@@zaks7 You will be surprised when I tell you that the Logitech G502 Lightspeed is wireless, it happened to me with several Razer mice too, it is strange, maybe it is something energetic, but at 500hz they drop 2 to 3 fps at 1000 Hz it drops 3 to 4 fps, I have a ryzen 9 5900x + 7800xt + 16gb and apply everything mentioned in your video but at 125 hz it doesn't drop the fps

@@zaks7 For the input latency I only activate the radeon anti lag in 1 player games I have 20 ms with anti lag and 40 ms without anti lag of that I have no problems in some shooter games I have 10 ms and others that do not have or do not support radeon anti lag go 20ms input delay

@@zaks7 Apparently it's because my monitor is 144hz, so I changed it to 120hz and limited several games to 120fps because I think it generates those crashes, but when I unlock the fps it goes normal, the mouse is the strangest thing I've ever seen

@@shuramixu really weird. Your cpu might be doing some mapping here and there to match the LCD of the different clock frequencies (including the GPU - try disabling input lag reducers, or try using RTSS to lock your framerate instead) and it just gets a bit too taxing when the polling rate for the mouse also occupies a cpu thread

@@zaks7 Fortnite and minecraft java and bedrock, these are the ONLY games that do this. I have a razer viper v3 pro 8k hz, obviously lowering my hz to 125 worked but i dont want that as i have a 240hz monitor

@@maximebouan8320 No sadly not, I still have to use 500hz on fortnite and some other games. Other people say fornite is capable of 1khz easily and even more than that. But it’s a stuttery mess
