@@FastFix60 already tried but doesn't work. My smart tv android version is like 11 but still Netflix does not work I think my tv has a old software and there is no update available. I don't know what to do. Why would I had bought a smart tv if I had to buy a box. Because no other option is left. I have wisdom smart cloud tv 2024 version. Do you have any other solution that might work?

It's better to try to update the Netflix app if you can't update it then try to chrome or Firefox browser.
