My Facebook account did this last night while I was actively using it and after I tried to sign back in, it told me it needed to verify my identity. After I verified my identity, it required me to reset my password which I did. Everything was fine until just a couple of hours ago when I got this login session expired pop-up again. However, this time it is not asking me to verify anything or change my password but out of complete paranoia I have changed my password three times. I will try these steps next but I can't understand why this is happening.

The solution that finally worked for me was to go to settings and privacy, 2. Settings 3.Password & Security 4. Account Settings, Password and Security 5. Where you're logged in. 6. Accounts, tap on your Facebook account. 7. Account log in Activity, delete all logins. 8. Log back in to your account.

Facebook keeps logging me out and then it restricts me for 2 day . Im like wow! I haven't done anything wrong or posted anything bad or said anything bad to anyone . After 48 hours are up I use my Facebook every other day and then it happens again . I will try this and I do hope it works .

If your having issues trying to get in and it says expired it means your account has been deleted from Facebook
