I have this problem on Word when exporting anything to a .pdf format. There is no such registry entry in the Word>Options folder, and deleting the excel options entry did not fix it. EDIT: when saving as PDF or exporting to PDF, before clicking save or publish, there is a button for Options. In those options I unchecked the "PDF/A compliant" box and now it saves to PDF fine.

Before deleting the topology file, it is showing that deleting certain registery values could cause system instability, so i am confused what to do in that case l, click yes or not as it looks dangerous to do that?

Yes, that is correct. Deleting or modifying the registry file may stop your device from working. Before you modify or delete anything from the registry, you can create a back-up of the specified file that is about to be modified. If anything goes wrong, you can import it back to the registry.

I've had bad experiences with the registry editor in the past so i try not to go there. I was able to solve this problem without going to the registry editor. I realised that while the file was open i tried to rename the folder in which it was contained and that seemed to be the cause of the problem. When i changed the folder's name back to it's original name that seemed to fix the probem👍

I did this as was having the error message when opening excel documents from google drive for desktop, but since deleting the file as per the video it now has the error message when i open excel itself. It still opens but has 2 of these error messages first. I retried the process but it is still doing it. Any advice please?

Hi Donella, If you followed the exact steps on this video and the problem did not get resolved. I really don´t have other options I can think at the moment. When I experience such issues at my workplace, I do try it on a test device before implementing the solution on the computer that have the problem.
