To anyone that has the same problem now and you cant see the “STEAM LIBRARY FOLDER” under “Download”, it is now under “Storage”

Sorry to hear that. The first time I followed this video, It didn’t work for me either. Then I shut down my pc(surely there’s no logic behind this), repeated the steps by changing download location, clearing cache, and repairing folder. Either one of these fixed my problem momentarily and I was able to install the game I was trying to install. But the next day after, the same issue happened again and I haven’t gone through it yet. Either way, godspeed to ya’ll. I know it’s frustrating as heck

@@reedgartner3441 mine was 360 total security i found out is was quarantined so i restored it because i was gonna delete it and said false postive and the button was restor quarantined file boom i got it back
