Fix Stripped Screw Holes - Quick and Easy

This is a cool tip! I liked the suggestion to use longer screws, too. If you don't have dowels on hand, you could also just use toothpicks. Coat them with wood glue and tap in as many as you can until no more will fit. Let the glue dry, then trim them flush as already shown.

I've used the toothpick trick before, and it works, but it seems to take longer to get to the point where you can drill into the repair that way, but it does work

Great tip. I got toddlers that like to hang on the lower cabinet doors so I’ve used so many toothpicks that I just gave up and took the damn doors off lol.
