DKR, do you think that 20,896 on Amsterdam Drift 2 is a good score with Petey Piranha (level 3 and 980 base points), Bright Girl (level 4, 595 base points, jump boost plus), and Bright Ribbon (level 4, 595 base-point, super horn plus)? This is for week 2 of the spring tour, btw. Also, how can mii suits' base points surpass 2000? I thought the max for high-end drivers was 1,630...

You can do a lot more there. Try for Double Coin Frenzies. Mii Suits' Base Points increase by 10 for each type of Mii Suits you own. I have all of them so the quad cap is 2060 and it's not stopping yet.
