It can be some issues in graphics driver.. You need to reinstall the driver again... make sure you have downloaded the setup of latest graphics driver.. then download the software called DDU uninstaller (display driver uninstaller).. now disable WIFI/ethernet...then boot the computer in safe mode..(type msconfig in run and in boot tab check the safe boot.. hit apply and ok then restart you pc.. now you will be booted to safe mode.. then open DDU uninstaller and then in select device type (look around right between side).. make sure GPU is selected.. now DDU will automatically detect intel hd graphics.. at the mean time in safe mode.. type msconfig in run and in boot tab uncheck the safe boot (as we don't want too boot in safe mode again)..now in DDU click clean and restart... now after restart.. run the setup of graphics driver directly (no need to go to device manager.. just run setup from extracted folder)..now install the driver.. [make sure WIFI/ethernet is turned off till entire process as I have mentioned before too ] now after the driver installation completes.. restart you pc . ---- Now it should be all fine if not it's game issue (reinstall the game)

As some users have faced BSOD this can be fixed or we can say windows automatically fixes by uninstalling the corrupt unsupported driver. You should install 3rd generation driver

In some cases, though your graphics driver is released long ago it might be the latest one (if not latest then the stable one which might be still capable for your GPU). You can look at the manufacturer (Intel) site to verify rather then device manager
