#1 has at least three solutions: 1+7=8, 7+1=8, and 7-7=-0 (although one could argue that there is not enough space for the minus sign in the last solution, but this is used in #9, so it should be fine). #4 has at least four solutions: 0+3=3, 8-5=3, 8-3=5, and 0-3=-3 (last one with the same problem as the last solution for #1). #10 has at least three solutions: 8-3=5, 0+3=3, and 6+7=13. If "moving a stick" allowed to remove it completely (I wouldn't interpret it like that), there'd be even more solutions to several of the puzzles.
