Hi! I tried the first way and it says "Windows cannot access the specified device or file, you might not have the appropriate permissions to open them"

Any tips please, when my valorant is opened the screen resolution is streched and I cannot click anything on the home screen. And when I alt tab the screen resolution in the other tabs are also streched. Pls help me fix.
