Facebook the owners of WhatsApp have anti-spam measures in place. You cannot have a WhatsApp account using the same number on two different devices.

I have by mistake downloaded something called GB WhatsApp on the same android device which already on it my original official WhatsApp which lead to this problem every time I try to open my WhatsApp it asks me first to provide my name & profile photo when I press next it starts doing initiallizing & asks me to wait then giving me finally message saying " unable to connect . please try again later " beneath it check status when I press on it I see this message " WhatsApp service is operating normally " and I can't log in to my WhatsApp chats would you please help me & tell me what to do
