Whatsapp business messages doesn’t update until i open the app. I get notifications of the messages, but after opening the application i have to wait till all the messages gets updated on app and then i can reply or open the chat. Till that the app doesn’t work. It kind of hangs. Searching for the solution of the problem from last 3-5 months, checking every update hoping that it may have fixed this issue but nothing like that happened. Even i just updated os to 16, still I’m facing the same problem. It’s very irritating and I don’t feel like working on the phone because of this waiting issue. I’m even subconsciously thinking to change the device to android, still I don’t feel like changing. But if my work is not efficient on the iphone its of no use to me. I’m seriously waiting to get my issue resolved. No one would like wait for using the app after opening it. I also asked my friends for the same issue they said they also face the same. Waiting for your positive response and solution. Thank you!

I am new iphone users and what I really don’t like is you will never know if you have a missing text if you don’t touch your phone because there is no light indicator. As my huawei phone that I am using before there is a light indicator and it is always pop up until you opened the conversation, and the most beautiful things is you can know where is the notifications comes from just by looking at the indicator colors, I set it to green for facebook messenger , white colour for whatsapp, blue for telegram.. and many more so you can guess which one you are getting the chats from
