When i feel down... i do all that the others use to do..... eat belloved foods.... play with my cats... read books or take a look to fotos and immerse in memories... take care about plants... for example today, we have a lot of snow fallen this nignt, so i did exercise, to vlean before house and road through snow of 25 cm to take in a lot of wood, i live in countryside of Latvija 🇦🇹, we have a strong winters sometime, its told in weather forecast this night will be cold minus 13, 17 or 20 degrees depend of region, i live in a north west part, so i prepare a warm room , this was a helpful to overcame depressed mood. Wich becomes of cold and grey days.... tomorrow hope will be sunny because cold day...spring comes to us aproksimately at april, may.... sometimes is helpful to take a look in my biorythms tabula, and if i see that cycles is changing, i am calm, that i know my phisycal, emotional and other feelings is todey.
