Omg this video was vine boom callout after callout 😭 I've always struggled with a more naturally nocturnal rhythm and wondered if sleep aids would help since we want to train the body to regulate itself without external help

Good point! Personally I am a fan of using sleep aids in the short term to help regulate our natural sleep cycle. For example, I have used supplements before bed to help me fall asleep but after a while I didn’t need them anymore!

I am always waken by the itch, and scratching in my sleep, there's no quality sleep though I can be in bed for long time.

I am a night shift worker (9.30 pm to 6.30 am) and not getting much sleep in daytime too. I have noticed that my eczema worsens these days. Is it related to my sleep? Should I quit the job?
@FightingEczema2 ай бұрын
Your eczema could definitely be related to this poor sleep! I would recommend trying to sleep and wake up at the same time everyday, even on your days off. This will really regulate your hormones and immune system. If this is too difficult for you, it’s possible switching jobs to a different schedule could be helpful your skin. Best of luck!

Bro what do I do when my job SCREWS with my sleep schedule? Been getting home at WILDLY different times. Sometimes I’m 7pm-7am, 3pm-11pm, AND 7am-7pm. I’m beyond exhausted and stressed because of it and I can’t fall asleep and mostly just scratch all night. Any advice?

Oh wow that’s definitely a wild schedule! Is there any way at all to get a more consistent work schedule? It will really help!

How about night shift workers .like nurses. I'm a nurse doing night shift

Ideally you will want to get into a regular sleep pattern, even if it is different than a “normal” pattern. So sleeping and waking up at the same time everyday is important. Are your night shifts fairly regular?

What to do when the itchinness is so strong in the night and this doesn't allow to sleep? It's not possible to go to sleep at 10 pm and sleep 8 h with TSW. The pills for sleeping don't work. I don't remember when I slept all night. I have got insomnia. What can help me?
